Website Transfer Is Free

• We setup your new website hosting account on our web server (UNIX - Linux - Apache).
• We setup your POP3 Email accounts (aliases, autoresponders, forwarding, etc.).
• You or we process the InterNIC modify record to point your domain name to our name servers.
• You or we upload all of your files to our server while both sites are active simultaneously.
• We thoroughly test your domain, hosting and email services.

Internet Presence Fee (determined on an individual basis)

• We copy your pages, graphics and related files from your current web server to our computer for modification and review.
• We examine every page for excess code, coding errors, loading speed, search engine readiness, and content -- and make changes where appropriate.
• We examine all graphic files for appearance and loading speed -- and make changes where appropriate.
• We prepare every page for maximum search engine ranking. This includes meta-tag creation or modification and page modifications and redesign if necessary.
• We remove excess FrontPage code and files, correct coding errors, enhance appearance and maximize loading speed where needed.
• We upload all of your pages, graphics and related files from our computer to your new web server.
• We thoroughly test your modified pages and files on your new web server.

Microsoft FrontPage Conversion Fee (determined on an individual basis)

• Every page is converted from Microsoft FrontPage to the national standard format.
• Every page is modified to remove excess code, correct coding errors, enhance appearance and maximize loading speed. All unnecessary extensions, files and directories are removed.
• We Do Not Support Microsoft FrontPage Applications:
  • We support Microsoft FrontPage server-side, but we do not support the software application itself.
  • FrontPage creates excessive useless code that causes slower loading speed and they are difficult and time consuming to modify and troubleshoot problems and errors.
  • FrontPage restricts the content and appearance of a web page and is not flexible.
  • FrontPage extensions create compatibility problems with many cgi programs, operating systems and other web based applications.
  • FrontPage creates files and extensions that consume up to 100% more disk space than necessary, are cumbersome to maintain and the extensions are easily damaged.
  • The Microsoft FrontPage application is very unstable as are most other Microsoft software products!

• Our services and advertisement network are restricted to Chester County small businesses and organizations. Participation in our program requires compliance with our standards and must meet our terms of acceptance as determined by us.
• To participate in our network, your business or organization must be located in Chester County or provide a product or service to Chester County residents as determined by us. The website business can not be a virtual Internet store only -- type business. Websites not hosted with a virtual domain or maintain pop-up, third party advertisement are not accepted.
• We reserve the right to accept or deny your application to purchase or use our services or participate in our network or have any affiliation with our company - and - we reserve the right to deny or terminate any service however we deem necessary to reserve our goals and standards as determined by us.

We maintain strict business website guidelines to help maintain the interest of our viewers.

Billing Information

Invoices are mailed 30 days prior to each billing cycle.
Billing cycles are January, April, July and October 1st of each and every year.
Payment is due prior to the beginning of each billing cycle (check or money order).
Payment amount is three months website service fee (monthly fee x 3 prepaid).

Additional fees for additional services may apply to your monthly website service fee.

Note: We can design, create or duplicate any website and provide any special website features necessary to accomplish your website objectives. We do not consider any project either too large or too small!
